Dear Parents and Guardians - a few quick updates as we wrap up the month of March.
Playmakers take States! Our YHS playmakers are Class A state champions of this year’s One-Act Drama competition. Congratulations to cast and crew, who will participate in the upcoming New England Drama Competition in April.
Power of One Donations - Mr. Brown's Advisory is collecting cans and non - perishables to fight food insecurity for their Power of One project. Please bring in cans / non - perishables to the bin outside the doors of the office until April 1st.
Girls on the Run -The Girls on the Run organization is looking for volunteers for their spring 5k on June 2, 2019 and for volunteer coaches for grades 3-5 for the Fall and Spring 2019/2020 seasons. Hillside Street closure -Starting tomorrow March 28th, Hillside will be closed between West Main and Cumberland Street. The rest of Hillside will remain open. Students who walk or bike using this route, as well as any vehicular traffic, may need to find alternates routes. Lost and Found -The mountain of clothes and water bottles at YHS grows bigger! We will once again be donating any items to local charities over the April vacation. Feel free to swing by the main office lobby prior to tonight’s CEP and Power of One presentations to check over the assorted gear and belongings that may have been accidentally left behind
