This week (Nov 14-18) is ALLY WEEK at our school! Hello everyone! Ally Week is a week for students to become a part of a national dialogue about how we can be better allies within our communities. During Ally Week, we challenge one another to think critically about what being an ally means, how we are allies to others, and what kid of allies we want to be. Anyone can be an ally by taking a stand against anti-LGBTQ language, bullying and harassment in our school and community. All this week we will have a table outside of the cafeteria where you can come by and sign a pledge showing your support as an ally to the LGBTQ community. All of your pledges will then create a rainbow along the wall to show our combined support! We hope to see you there! GSTA
