Yarmouth School Libraries Fundraiser!
Joan Adler
Saturday, November 07, 2020

The Yarmouth School Department Libraries are excited to announce a fundraising partnership with Sea Bags! Each library will be receiving a 20% commission for every bag sold. We are offering two sizes with the YSD logo: a medium sized tote priced at $180 each, and a wristlet that is priced at $35. These beautiful and durable bags are great holiday gifts for your loved ones! All bags can be previewed on the order form attached and we will also have a sample on display in the library soon.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Sea Bags, here is a bit of information about the history of this local company. Sea Bags started on the waterfront of Portland, Maine, recycling old sails from sailors and turning them into handmade bags. Sea Bags are born as sails and transformed into nautically inspired totes and accessories. Since 1999, they have grown their company from one store located on Custom House Wharf in downtown Portland to 19 retail stores across New England today! Learn more about Sea Bags and their products at seabags.com

The order form is attached. Order forms must be returned to Brandie Burrows or Tracy Weinrich at the HMS library (we can take them via email or in person). All order forms are due on Tuesday, November 24, 2020.  A payment (cash or check) must be made at the time of the order. The bags should be ready for pickup before we leave for winter break.

If you have any questions, please contact Brandie Burrows (brandie_burrows@yarmouthschools.org) or Tracy Weinrich (tracy_weinrich@yarmouthschools.org).

We hope this will be a great success and support the purchase of new books and programs offered at the library. We thank you for your participation!
