HMS Artist’s Night – Introducing HMS’s own craft night Dec 6, 6-8 pm in the HMS Cafeteria! These crafts are a step up in line with students’ older age and skill level, and will be assisted by local artists including Alison Bramhall, Page O’Rourke, and Barbara Parker. Crafts include pottery, paper and canvas landscapes, felted animals, cosmic canvases, rope work, paper portraits, jewelry, and notecards. Students can create these to give as holiday gifts or keep for themselves. You can buy tickets at the door for $5/artist station.

Make-It Take-It Craft Fair – This much-loved tradition is Sunday, November 17, 11am-2pm in the YES gym. We’ll have several craft stations for children to create a holiday gift for someone or keep for themselves. Lunch and baked goods are available for purchase. This event is popular with K-4 students, but children younger and older are welcome! (Not a drop-off event.) **Are you a parent, grandparent or high schooler who could assist kiddos at the craft tables?** We would love your help! No need to be crafty – we prep the crafts and provide directions! Craft Help Signup (includes high school community service hours).
